Dave's Email to Mark Hughes 14/11/2011
22 January 2012
Dave found the draft summary of the complaint drawn up by the complaints officer to be appallingly bad. Not only was it perverse but Mark Hughes had edited sections of Dave's original complaint to entirely change the meaning of what was being conveyed. So he virtually rewrote the entire thing and emailed it to Mark Hughes asking him to check it over and get back to him as soon as possible.
As it happens he forgot to "attach" the document and so sent it two minutes later in another email.

Subject: Re: Our meeting of 2 November 2011
I have gone through the summary of the complaint and enclose a provisional copy for your perusal. Could you take a brief look to make sure there are no glaring errors or omissions and that it seems satisfactory to you. Would you please confirm it is ok (or suggest any amendments) as soon as possible and I will then print it, sign it, send it to George Trevithick for your attention and send you an electronic copy.
Should I attach the statement of complaint dated 13 July 2011 and all referenced correspondence to George for completeness or do you already have those documents available?
Wishing you well
