Dear Mark Hughes
Thank you for the meeting at 10:00 hrs on Wednesday 2 November 2011. It was a pleasure to meet you and Lucille LeSueur and I felt that the meeting was positive and useful.
Retrospectively I feel I did not maintain a coherent perspective but that is not a significant problem since a lot of substance was covered and a general sense of the overall circumstances and many issues were discussed.
I hope you got a good idea of the scope and significance of this complaint. Specific details are delineated in the current collection of letters and documents which can be found on the Toxic Drums web site at http://www.toxicdrums.com/children-services-abuse/
You requested some specific documents and, if my memory serves me correctly, they were my letters of 22 October 2010 and 13 July 2011. I enclose them as attachments with this email. (The letter of 13 July 2011 contained the significant 20 page complaint and so you have three documents attached to this email, the two letters and the complaint which was enclosed with the second letter.)
I did at one point send a list of documents to the ombudsman and that is probably the core relevant set of communications. The documents are listed at http://www.toxicdrums.com/children-services-abuse/letter-to-ombudsman-16-07-2011.html and are:
1. My first response to that Initial Assessment dated 6 October 2010.
2. My outline of my concerns as requested by Obelix Mahjong dated 22 October 2010.
3. My letter to the manager stating my concerns dated 25 October 2010.
4. My letter wondering what was going on dated 7 February 2011.
5. Damon Markham's response including Complaints Procedure dated 22 February 2011.
6. My letter expressing dismay and more dated 28 February 2011.
7. Damon Markham sends 'Core Report' with curt letter dated 14 March 2011.
8. My response and last letter to Damon Markham dated 3 April 2011.
9. My first letter to the 'Complaints Officer' dated 18 April 2011.
10. Finally after being nudged by the Ombudsman I get a reply dated 30 June 2011.
11. My letter and 20 page complaint dated 13 July 2011.
I apologise for the volume of information that you are having to deal with but I cannot see any other way to get to grips with the problem.
The documentation on the Toxic Drums web site is duly redacted and all names of places and people have been altered. Here is the current list of alterations. You won't need to know all of this but you may want to look up a name or two so I include the definitive list for completeness:

Incidentally, in case it helps you get a correct overview, I am Sam Spruce who runs Toxic Drums. Sam has a friend called Dave Hook who has a problem with the Children Services; I am that Dave Hook also. Helen, my daughter, is called Helen Tallulah Hook on the web site (and is Dave Hook's daughter).
If, on studying this mountain of information, you have any questions please do not hesitate to drop me an email and I will give it my immediate attention and provide you with a coherent response.
Please feel free to forward this email and the attachments to Lucille if you feel it will assist her in keeping track of the issues and events.
Thank you very much for your kind attention to this complaint.
Wishing you well
